IC150S is a fanless embedded Industrial Computer, and employs Intel i5 7200U processor, support 1x4GB DDR4L memory with 128G SSD storage, supports VGA+HDMI display output and standalone double display. Also supports 4 pc LAN ports, fanless design. The computer model adopts 9-36V wide voltage DC power input.
Fanless designed industrial computer, there is no need to worry about moving part failures. The system passively dissipates heat from processors and other vital computer components. Fanless systems can be fully enclosed, keeping dust and debris out of the system. A fanless computer is extremely quiet, making it ideal for situations such as the main computer monitoring and control of Industrial Automation, Mechanics Solution, CNC Equipment, Textile Equipment, Intelligent power solution, Food Traceability and so on.

Q: Are you the original rugged device manufacturer?
A: Yes,We are. Every product within its PCBA and plastic housing are entirely independent R&D, only our cost of the plastic mold(tooling) R&D fee is more than USD 1.6 million dollars, just for good quality rugged products. We have many agents & distributors in others shops,we are the source of their rugged products some of what they sell.
Q: What kind of services can you provide?
A: We have two services models, one is OEM/ODM service,which is with customer’s brand based on our standard products, the other is provide customization service according to the customer’s individual demands, which are including appearance design, structure design, mold development, soft & hardware development, technical support and etc.Many famous brand are our customers such as CATERPILLAR of the USA.

A: We have been engaged in the R&D and production of rugged products for 17 years within the industry, and we have over 600 workers till now, of which R&D employees are more than 50%.There are three self-developed product lines:
1).Rugged Product Series:
Rugged handheld (4’’/5’’/6’’), Rugged tablet (7’’/8’’/10’’/11.6’’/12.2’’),Rugged notebook (11.6’’/12.2’’/14’’/15.6’’).
2).Industrial Computer Product Series:
Heavy-duty panel PC (8’’/10’’/12’’/15’’), Light-duty panel PC (10’’-21’’), Industrial Fanless PC Box.
3).Medical Treatment Product Series:
Medical PDA, Medical tablet, Digital medical display terminal.
Q: How about your after sale?
A: 1 year warranty ensured from the date of delivery. Free repairing is available for functional problems of non-artificial damage, otherwise that will be charged. Once you have after-sales need,our FAE employees will provide remote technical support & send maintenance materials first, FAE employees can also be sent to the customer’s place to repair depending on the situation, or customer can directly send the damaged products back to Hongkong city where Emdoor has a maintenance center there , they will be repaired and send it out quickly.
