Every product within its PCBA and plastic housing are entirely independent R&D company,only our cost of the plastic mold(tooling) R&D fee is more than USD 1.6 million dollars, just for good quality rugged products. We have many agents & distributors in others Alibaba shops,we are the source of their rugged products some of what they sell.

A: We have two services models, one is OEM/ODM service,which is with customer’s brand based on our standard products, the other is provide customization service according to the customer’s individual demands, which are including appearance design, structure design, mold development, soft & hardware development, technical support and etc.

Q: How about your after sale?
A: 1 year warranty ensured from the date of delivery. Free repairing is available for functional problems of non-artificial damage, otherwise that will be charged. Once you have after-sales need, our FAE employees will provide remote technical support & send maintenance materials first, FAE employees can also be sent to the customer's place to repair depending on the situation, or customer can directly send the damaged products back to Hongkong city where we has a maintenance center there , they will be repaired and send it out quickly.
